Groups of faculty and students conducted in-depth interviews with stakeholders throughout Tulsa to learn their objectives for the health of the community, the criteria they use to assess success, and what they see as needed change from the medical field. Before each interview, teams discussed what they imagined might be accomplished and observed the environment surrounding the interview setting. Together, each member of the team initiated dialogue that uncovered meaning and insight not otherwise obtainable. Members of each group then shared their ideas with the larger group when they returned to campus and participated in World Café Conversations over lunch. |
