| The Department of Psychiatry includes the University of Oklahoma Psychiatry Clinic at 4502 East 41st Street in Tulsa. This clinic provides outpatient care for patients with a variety of psychiatric disorders. Consultation services are also available for primary care physicians, psychologists, and other mental health professionals. The Department of Psychiatry is involved in several psycho-pharmacologic and health services research projects.
In 2007, our psychiatry clinic moved into a beautiful new 100,000 square foot ambulatory care center on our main campus. This state of the art facility optimizes our ability to educate our residents while providing excellent care for our patients. The new facility houses other clinics as well, including the Pediatric and Internal Medicine outpatient clinics and the Psychiatry IMPACT (Integrated Multidisciplinary Program of Assertive Community Treatment) program. This arrangement offers increased opportunities for clinical and research collaborations across. Exciting!
